Salary: Up to £20,343 per annum (£38,144 FTE) dependent on skills and experience
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:15 – 12:15), 52 weeks per year
We are seeking a Painting & Decorating Lecturer to join a dedicated prison education team at HMP Isle of Wight. Whether you already have teaching experience or are looking to move from industry into education, we would love to hear from you. Full training and support can be provided for candidates with the right vocational experience.
As a Painting & Decorating Lecturer, you will deliver City & Guilds Painting & Decorating qualifications at Levels 1 and 2 to learners within a prison environment.
You will play a key role in motivating and supporting learners, helping them achieve qualifications while developing the life skills and confidence needed to succeed in employment and further learning opportunities.
